- We have bought 2 campers from Joe at Colerain and wouldn't purchase from any other dealer. Your service department is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We have a dealership that can service our camper within 30 miles of us, but we would rather drive the extra miles to come to Colerain because of the care that we receive. The service department is always very friendly and patient. Since we are relatively new campers, we have called several times with questions while we were out camping on a weekend and Mike has stopped what he was doing and tried to help us problem solve. If we have something that needs to be taken care of rather quickly, they always try to fit us in to accommodate our needs. - I have had a long standing relationship with Colerain RV which began in 2002 with the purchase of a Hybrid camper. My experience was so pleasant, that in 2007 I returned to Colerain RV to purchase a larger Jayco travel trailer. My salesman, Joe Cole could not have been more helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was a good one and the price of the new camper was reasonable. This year I began looking into a new travel trailer which had slide outs for more comfort. I went to several dealers throughout the state and even Indiana and Kentucky however none were comparable to Colerain. I returned to Colerain RV and purchased from Joe C. yet another Jayco travel trailer. The entire staff from sales,finance, service, delivery and parts department, could not be more helpful and knowledgeable.
