Thank you for having such great staff at our disposal!

Hello Jacob, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the help & tutorial from Brent when we picked up our new Jayco Jay Flight last Wednesday! He was very courteous and knowledgeable with all of our questions! He made us “1st time buyers/owners” feel comfortable and not overwhelmed with his information.
He also took additional phone calls after we got home to help explain more questions I had about our new camper! Thank you for having such great staff at our disposal.

Great experience at Colerain!

We have made 2 purchases at Colerain RV now and both have been great! This last time we worked with Aline at the Cincinnati location and she was superb! She worked hard for us in terms of trade-in and purchase price and worked even harder to get us into our new Imagine quickly because she knew we had a fast approaching trip planned and she wanted us to be able to enjoy it in our new camper. She has a very positive/outgoing demeanor, yet is not pushy and will make your buying experience a pleasure. After the sale is typically where a good salesperson will fall short, not Aline, she has been in contact a couple times now to be sure we are 100% happy. My wife and I highly recommend both Colerain RV and Aline!! - James

Dear Ray,

There is an old and true adage, “If it’s male or mechanical you’re going to have problems with it.”

We were excited about the purchase of our 2015 Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel: it is one beautiful and comfortable “rig”.

Having previously owned travel trailers and motor homes, we expected to experience some initial minor problems……..and we did.

The Colerain RV Service Department service writers and technicians handled the repairs with care, courtesy, and a great deal of empathy. The repairs and adjustments were completed in an expeditious manner with little or no inconvenience to us.

Having had motor homes for the past 15 years we had some new experiences and numerous questions regarding various components and procedures. With all of the knowledge of hindsight, most of these questions were already answered when we were given the training orientation by the Colerain RV technician.

No problem: our inquiries were handled with the understanding that we were not the first to have these experiences.

A special thanks to Peter Bentley whose advise and assistance was invaluable and who coordinated with the technicians, parts department, and Jayco and made sure that everything was done on schedule.
We offer our sincere appreciation and kudos to the Colerain RV service people for their knowledge, expertise, courtesy and, most of all, the patience in which they handled the minor problems and repairs which we experienced.

Thank you Colerain RV!

My husband and I just bought our first travel trailer and we found our perfect one at Colerain RV. I have to say our overall experience was amazing. We worked with Brandon and from the very beginning he was nice, interactive, very prompt in responding. We live in KY and found the camper at their Cincinnati location about 1.5 hrs. away. You can tell they work a lot with out of state or long distance purchasers for they were very accommodating with everything…The day we came and picked up the camper was an amazing experience as well…Mike walked us through every single thing(being newbies) where we could understand and make sure everything worked properly…He was very informative. They pulled our truck around, installed our new weight distribution hitch, hooked up the camper, helped us adjust our brake (again newbies) and we were off. And then even checked on us to see how the trip home was! Again this was our first time purchasing a camper from a dealership and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Colerain RV! Great service here!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of appreciation for the kind service your salesman Henry Walton provided to us on the afternoon of 8/4/2017. My wife and I live north of St. Louis Missouri, on the Illinois side, and our nearest Grand Design dealer is about 2 hours away from the house. We were passing through Indianapolis for a wedding on the afternoon of 8/4/2017 and dropped in 15 minutes before the time of closing at 5:00 PM. Henry went beyond the call, and stayed after hours to answer our questions regarding three models of Grand Design trailers. He even took the time to let us view these three models. We were honestly expecting to be shown the door at 5:00 PM; especially on a Friday afternoon.

While we haven’t made a purchasing decision yet, as we are hoping to sell our house first, we were impressed because we’ve never been treated so nicely by a dealership. Since we live in the middle of no where, I guess most people just treat us as cold or barely alive prospects.

Regardless, we just wanted to be sure that you knew that one of your employees went beyond the call. While we were in the showroom, other employees were hanging around too. While this type of service may not be expected, or standard in the industry, it is important to some of us who are looking at making a $60,000 investment that needs servicing for at least 15 to 20 years.

Thanks again, for keeping Henry on staff, and for having such good service at the Indianapolis location.

We love our camper!

I just bought a 2005 Starcraft pop up camper. I just want to say that Josh did a great job trying to find me a camper in my price range that I was looking for. I have friends that will be upgrading to bigger campers/rvs [and] I will highly recommend Colerain RV, and Josh for that matter. Thanks for the great customer service. - Terry

Great experience!

Good morning Troy. We finally got some decent weather yesterday and were able to look at the new canvases Colerain installed. The workmanship was superb. Far better than what came from the factory.

We appreciate you going to bat for us with the manufacturer and the time that you spent helping us.

Also thank you for taking the time to speak with us directly when we came by last Monday. It went a long with to getting things squared away with us.

The best experience with Colerain RV!

I have a compliment to give which is long overdue. I have been a customer of Colerain in Delaware since its opening. I have my Passport travel trailer serviced there yearly, both for winterization and any other issues. I have always been treated with respect, honesty, and courtesy and feel that I get excellent service.

I would like to address this compliment to a very hard working and kind employee in the service department. One of the technicians, Kevin, who has been with you (and Alum Creek RV previously) did something for me that was above and beyond what would be considered within the normal service standard. I was late getting my unit in for winterization, and had not checked it prior to dropping off the keys. It was before Thanksgiving and I had been out of town. I live about 25mi away but store the camper behind your establishment. I received a call that I had left the stabilizers down and they could not retrieve the unit until I put them up. Well, I was to come up the next day and do that, but became ill. The following day I was still not feeling great and was going to try to get up in the afternoon. About an hour before I was to leave I received a call from Kevin who informed me that he had gone over and retracted the 4 stabilizers for me so that I did not have to come up AND that since the weather was warm the unit would not freeze. That gesture not only saved my camper, but money and the use of your bay by your staff (had it froze and needed to thaw). There was no reason for him to go the extra mile other than his consideration for others, excellent work ethic and exceptional character. I also know from past performance he is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession.

I am writing this note to let you know how impressed we are with two of your employees, Jim and Barbie. Every interaction we have with this is an exceptional experience. They are professional & caring, courteous & knowledgeable, and most importantly, they take ownership to be sure our issues are dealt with in the most efficient way.

Our most recent experience was incredible. We planned to leave for the winter months & noticed a gas smell in our RV. I called on Wed morning & Barbie said to bring it right in. Fortunately, Jim was working & he immediately started to trouble the problem. He kept us informed throughout the day and around 3:30, we got a call that he found the leak & the RV was ready. We are grateful that these 2 people are your employees & we hope you realize how valuable they are to your business’ success. You are fortunate to have them.

We want you to know that we have had a wonderful experience with your dealership. My husband and I came in not knowing what we wanted or needed and we didn’t agree. It did not take long for us to realize we were in good hands with Keith Lowry. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to show us. We had visited other dealerships and left feeling disappointed and like we had to settle for something that not did really fulfill our needs. When Keith showed us the Grand Reflection Travel Trailer, we knew it was exactly what we needed and wanted. Our experience with AJ was equally great. Great buying experience!

I wanted to pass along my sincere thanks and to highlight the help I received from two of your employees – Darrell Dean and Barbi King.

As background, I purchased a new Starcraft Comet camper from you about 3 years ago. I was checking tire pressure this past October before a trip to Colorado and Utah and noticed that one of the wheel wells had been damaged and repaired. You had purchased a bunch of these models from other vendors and it appears this damage was not noticed by either your staff or myself at purchase. When I brought the issue to your staff they said they would work me on a solution as the camper was past warranty.

In the end, I was charged what I felt was a fair price and the work completed is exceptional; I can’t even tell where it was repaired. I am a very satisfied customer.
