My wife, Eileen, and will retire in 5 years and reached out to Colerain Family RV to help fulfill our needs. It was recommended that we meet with Aline Parsley to help find the right used camper. After meeting with Aline, we narrowed our choices to the Grand Design or Jayco North Point Brands. We were in no rush and preferred a used camper over a new one. Aline listened and understood what we were looking for. Sales people that actually listen to you are not always easy to find! We found Aline and couldn't be happier. Over about a 6-9 month period, Aline consistently looked for the camper we wanted and would update me frequently. She found one camper but we were not able to move quickly enough to have a chance to purchase. The second camper was a HOME RUN! Aline found a 2020 Jayco North Point that fit exactly what we were looking for! Within basically 24 hours, we were; able to look at the camper, do the investigation we need to assure it would work with our truck and made the purchase. It was an easy process and we couldn't be happier! Everyone we met and worked with were very friendly and helpful! We have made 2 purchases at Colerain RV now and both have been great! This last time we worked with Aline at the Cincinnati location and she was superb! She worked hard for us in terms of trade-in and purchase price and worked even harder to get us into our new Imagine quickly because she knew we had a fast approaching trip planned and she wanted us to be able to enjoy it in our new camper. She has a very positive/outgoing demeanor, yet is not pushy and will make your buying experience a pleasure. After the sale is typically where a good salesperson will fall short, not Aline, she has been in contact a couple times now to be sure we are 100% happy. There is an old and true adage, “If it’s male or mechanical you’re going to have problems with it.”
We were excited about the purchase of our 2015 Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel: it is one beautiful and comfortable “rig”.
Having previously owned travel trailers and motor homes, we expected to experience some initial minor problems……..and we did.
The Colerain RV Service Department service writers and technicians handled the repairs with care, courtesy, and a great deal of empathy. The repairs and adjustments were completed in an expeditious manner with little or no inconvenience to us.
Having had motor homes for the past 15 years we had some new experiences and numerous questions regarding various components and procedures. With all of the knowledge of hindsight, most of these questions were already answered when we were given the training orientation by the Colerain RV technician.
No problem: our inquiries were handled with the understanding that we were not the first to have these experiences.
A special thanks to Peter Bentley whose advise and assistance was invaluable and who coordinated with the technicians, parts department, and Jayco and made sure that everything was done on schedule.
We offer our sincere appreciation and kudos to the Colerain RV service people for their knowledge, expertise, courtesy and, most of all, the patience in which they handled the minor problems and repairs which we experienced.

My husband and I just bought our first travel trailer and we found our perfect one at Colerain RV. I have to say our overall experience was amazing. We worked with Brandon and from the very beginning he was nice, interactive, very prompt in responding. We live in KY and found the camper at their Cincinnati location about 1.5 hrs. away. You can tell they work a lot with out of state or long distance purchasers for they were very accommodating with everything…The day we came and picked up the camper was an amazing experience as well…Mike walked us through every single thing(being newbies) where we could understand and make sure everything worked properly…He was very informative. They pulled our truck around, installed our new weight distribution hitch, hooked up the camper, helped us adjust our brake (again newbies) and we were off. And then even checked on us to see how the trip home was! Again this was our first time purchasing a camper from a dealership and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Colerain RV! I just wanted to drop you a quick note of appreciation for the kind service your salesman Henry Walton provided to us on the afternoon of 8/4/2017. My wife and I live north of St. Louis Missouri, on the Illinois side, and our nearest Grand Design dealer is about 2 hours away from the house. We were passing through Indianapolis for a wedding on the afternoon of 8/4/2017 and dropped in 15 minutes before the time of closing at 5:00 PM. Henry went beyond the call, and stayed after hours to answer our questions regarding three models of Grand Design trailers. He even took the time to let us view these three models. We were honestly expecting to be shown the door at 5:00 PM; especially on a Friday afternoon.
While we haven’t made a purchasing decision yet, as we are hoping to sell our house first, we were impressed because we’ve never been treated so nicely by a dealership. Since we live in the middle of no where, I guess most people just treat us as cold or barely alive prospects.
Regardless, we just wanted to be sure that you knew that one of your employees went beyond the call. While we were in the showroom, other employees were hanging around too. While this type of service may not be expected, or standard in the industry, it is important to some of us who are looking at making a $60,000 investment that needs servicing for at least 15 to 20 years.

I have a compliment to give which is long overdue. I have been a customer of Colerain in Delaware since its opening. I have my Passport travel trailer serviced there yearly, both for winterization and any other issues. I have always been treated with respect, honesty, and courtesy and feel that I get excellent service.
I would like to address this compliment to a very hard working and kind employee in the service department. One of the technicians, Kevin, who has been with you (and Alum Creek RV previously) did something for me that was above and beyond what would be considered within the normal service standard. I was late getting my unit in for winterization, and had not checked it prior to dropping off the keys. It was before Thanksgiving and I had been out of town. I live about 25mi away but store the camper behind your establishment. I received a call that I had left the stabilizers down and they could not retrieve the unit until I put them up. Well, I was to come up the next day and do that, but became ill. The following day I was still not feeling great and was going to try to get up in the afternoon. About an hour before I was to leave I received a call from Kevin who informed me that he had gone over and retracted the 4 stabilizers for me so that I did not have to come up AND that since the weather was warm the unit would not freeze. That gesture not only saved my camper, but money and the use of your bay by your staff (had it froze and needed to thaw). There was no reason for him to go the extra mile other than his consideration for others, excellent work ethic and exceptional character. I also know from past performance he is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. - Veronica

They are professional & caring, courteous & knowledgeable, and most importantly, they take ownership to be sure our issues are dealt with in the most efficient way.
Our most recent experience was incredible. We planned to leave for the winter months & noticed a gas smell in our RV. I called on Wed morning & Barbie said to bring it right in. Fortunately, Jim was working & he immediately started to trouble the problem. He kept us informed throughout the day and around 3:30, we got a call that he found the leak & the RV was ready. As background, I purchased a new Starcraft Comet camper from you about 3 years ago. I was checking tire pressure this past October before a trip to Colorado and Utah and noticed that one of the wheel wells had been damaged and repaired. You had purchased a bunch of these models from other vendors and it appears this damage was not noticed by either your staff or myself at purchase. When I brought the issue to your staff they said they would work me on a solution as the camper was past warranty.
In the end, I was charged what I felt was a fair price and the work completed is exceptional; I can’t even tell where it was repaired. I am a very satisfied customer.

My husband and I were traveling and our inverter was not working. We were worried about losing all the food in the refridgerator, so we tried to get an appointment at the nearby RV repair. They did not have time to take us, but Amy called while we were on the road, asked a few questions and diagnosed our problem while we were rolling! (Dead batteries!) I really appreciate the no pressure approach from Wholesale RV Club. I visited several local dealers in Colorado only to find they didn't know their products as they should and even after I told them I was in the early stages of looking, they called me incessantly to "make a deal". I understand pricing would be a little higher being of the distance from where the units are made but they weren't even close. It was well worth taking the time to drive to IN from CO. Even with my expenses I saved a substantial amount of money.
Now to Amy: I've been looking at RV's literally for years. As I near retirement my wife and I felt we finally would have time to enjoy some leisure travel and camping with our grandkids. I've talked to a LOT of RV sales people during my prolonged search and decision. A few are good, many are not. Without question, Amy is the most knowledgeable person I've ever talked to regarding RV's. As I started the process with her, there was no "push", her goal was to help me determine what was best for our needs AND within our budget. She answered all of my questions (and there were many) and was always very responsive when I would call or email, even while she was on the road camping herself. Fill out a few documents on line for financing and arrange to pick up your new RV. Very fast and efficient. We had spent weeks looking at numerous trailers at various local dealers and knew exactly what we wanted. Then I heard about RV wholesale club and saw they had the exact model. Initially very skeptical about traveling from Florida to Ohio to purchase travel trailer. The price seemed too good to be true and until we actually got there I half expected something to go wrong but it didn't. The price was as quoted. The trailer was exactly what we ordered. There were no additional charges. Except for two days of rain, everything went very well.

Our RV purchase experience is a long one but I will try to shorten it. My husband and I have been looking for an RV for full time RV'ing to get the most we could living on a limited income. We fell in love with the Coachmen Catalina and were given a great price from the Wholesale RV Club. By the time we decided to make the purchase the 2018 we fell in love with had been sold and we ordered a new 2019. After waiting a few months for the RV to be built we were so excited once it was completed we had it shipped from Indiana to our home in Florida. The RV we received was beautiful unfortunately it was not the cabinet colors, interior chairs or fireplaces we were expecting. This changed the whole look of the RV to a more contemporary look we did not want. Soon to realize the manufacture changed to the 2019 and a half look. We were so upset and very disappointed. HOWEVER working with Wholesale RV Club, Amy DeCamp and Matt McDermott they understood our situation and what we were looking for and they worked with us for a solution they have traded the RV for a 2018 Jayco with many options and the interior we were looking for, they brought it right to our home and took the other RV. I like the way the unit pulls . Height in the bedroom is just right, Interior is very nice very well made, material looks to be top quality. Docking station is great had to do some reading to understand it. The booklet is very help full have used it several times.

My wife and I started looking for a new TT last June 2017, looking to upgrade for a little larger TT to spend more time traveling due to my impending retirement this spring. We looked at many different floor plans trying to figure out what we wanted staying as compact and light weight as possible. I contacted Amy DeCamp and she lined up a few for us to look at. We set a date to check out a few to review. Amy showed us several good choices but when we saw the Sonic 220vrb it had everything we were looking for. The queen murphy bed accessible from both sides, lots of counter space, big refridge, big bath with shower doors, large u shaped dinette. The outside stove, sink and refridge was the #1 for my wife. This TT has loads of storage and floor space plus many things I am failing to mention. I really like the one piece fiberglass roof (I have had leakers before and it s not fun). We cant wait to hit the road this spring. We would like to give a big thank you to Amy DeCamp for her assistance for finding this perfect TT for us. As first time RV buyers we began our journey by doing research online. We quickly became overwhelmed by the amount of information so we decided to visit a local dealer for assistance. We saw what we wanted at an RV show and before buying I thought I would compare pricing (truth be told I over analyze everything) and I came upon Wholesale RV Club.
